Where they were stuck.
Mamaearth was burning 6L per month on Google with 60% of spend going to irrelevant search queries. Their shopping feed had not been updated in eight months, product titles had no keyword intent, and Performance Max was running with zero audience signals operating completely blind.
What we did about it.
Week one audit revealed 60% wasted spend and a shopping feed with generic titles and no custom labels. We rebuilt the account into tightly themed ad groups with a 500 term negative keyword list pulled from a full year of search term history. The shopping feed was rewritten with keyword optimised titles and margin based custom labels. Performance Max was relaunched with separate asset groups per product line and audience signals seeded from their top 20% LTV purchaser list from CRM.
What changed.
By day 90 Google attributed revenue grew 290%. Wasted spend dropped from 60% to 11% of budget. ROAS on branded campaigns hit 9x and non brand prospecting stabilised at 4.2x. The account scaled comfortably from 6L to 9L monthly spend without any loss in efficiency.
