Bewakoof
Took their Meta account from 2.1x blended ROAS to 6.8x. New creative system, catalogue overhaul, and a retargeting stack built to convert window shoppers into buyers.

Where they were stuck.
Bewakoof had a massive organic following but their paid Meta performance was weak. Blended ROAS was stuck at 2.1x despite a healthy product catalogue and strong brand recognition. Their dynamic catalogue ads were pulling in the wrong images from Shopify, their retargeting audiences were too broad and they were running identical creative for cold prospecting and warm retargeting which was hurting both.
What we did about it.
We fixed the product catalogue by cleaning up the feed, writing conversion focused titles for every product and adding custom labels for margin tiers and bestseller status. Cold and warm campaigns were split completely with separate creative strategies. Prospecting used lifestyle UGC focused on pop culture references that aligned with their brand. Retargeting used direct product carousels with urgency copy for cart abandoners and browse abandoners separately. We introduced a weekly creative refresh cycle producing 8 new assets every Monday.
What changed.
ROAS climbed from 2.1x to 6.8x over 75 days. Catalogue ad CTR improved 3.1x after the feed cleanup. Retargeting purchase rate doubled within the first three weeks of the audience split. The weekly creative cycle kept winning ads in rotation and prevented any frequency fatigue across the quarter.
Numbers
that mattered.
The roas up close.
Plotted across the engagement window. Each checkpoint represents a measurable shift in the underlying metric.
ROAS went from 2.1x to 6.8x in 75 days. The catalogue fix and the creative system together changed how the algorithm treats our account. We have not seen numbers like this in three years of running Meta ads.
