Notion
Built an internal AI ops stack that automated content briefs, SEO reporting and campaign recaps. The marketing team got back 22 hours a week without hiring a single person.

Where they were stuck.
Notion's marketing team was spending roughly 22 hours per week on tasks that were entirely templated and repetitive: writing campaign recap reports, generating SEO keyword briefs from rank tracker exports, summarising A/B test results and formatting performance data for weekly stakeholder updates. These tasks required no strategic thinking but were eating into the time of senior marketers.
What we did about it.
We mapped every repeating workflow and built a custom AI automation stack in n8n. Campaign recaps were automated by pulling data from GA4 and Meta via API and passing it through a structured GPT prompt trained on their report format. SEO briefs were generated automatically from Ahrefs export CSVs. Weekly stakeholder updates were compiled and drafted automatically every Friday morning and dropped directly into their Notion workspace ready for review.
What changed.
Within 45 days of deployment the team was saving 22 hours per week across four people. Senior marketers shifted that time entirely into strategy and creative work. The quality of reports actually improved because the AI was more consistent than manual formatting. One marketer described it as gaining a full time junior analyst for free.
Numbers
that mattered.
The hours up close.
Plotted across the engagement window. Each checkpoint represents a measurable shift in the underlying metric.
We got back 22 hours a week without hiring anyone. The AI does the formatting and summarising and our team does the actual thinking now. It changed how the whole function operates.
