Where they were stuck.
Lenskart was running the same three video ads for four months straight. CTR had declined from 3.8% to 0.9% and frequency was above 4.2 on all warm audiences. Their internal team had no system for briefing, producing and testing new creative at the pace paid media actually required.
What we did about it.
We audited their top performing past creatives and identified three hook frameworks that had historically driven the most link clicks. We built a repeatable brief template around those patterns and produced 16 new Reels in the first two weeks covering hooks around home eye test convenience, price comparison with local opticians and celebrity style frames. Every creative was tagged for split testing on first three second retention rate.
What changed.
Average CTR across new creatives hit 4.1%. One hook variant about the free home eye test drove a 6.8% CTR and became the new control. Frequency dropped to 1.4 within three weeks as the creative rotation kept audiences fresh. Cost per purchase dropped 44% and the brief system became their permanent production workflow.
