Gymshark
Produced and edited a 90 day short form content campaign across Instagram and TikTok. Three content series, 24 Reels and one piece that hit 6M views on its own.

Where they were stuck.
Gymshark US was posting inconsistently and relying almost entirely on athlete reposts for organic reach. Their own channel sat at 2.1% engagement rate with no consistent visual identity across formats. Content was being shot without any performance brief which meant nothing was optimised for the first three second hook that determines whether viewers stay or scroll.
What we did about it.
We developed three content series built around their core audiences: transformation content for aspirational buyers, behind the scenes training for community building and product highlight Reels using motion graphics for conversion intent. Every piece was edited with a two cut hook in the first three seconds and open captions designed for silent viewing. A consistent colour grade and music brief gave the channel a unified look for the first time.
What changed.
Over 90 days the campaign generated 18M organic views and 340K new followers across platforms. One transformation Reel hit 6.2M views with zero paid amplification. Average engagement rate rose from 2.1% to 9.4% and the three series content format was adopted as their global content production playbook going forward.
